As parents of young children, we have experienced firsthand that it good to see them learning by playing on an iPad.

Unfortunately, we have also experienced that the tablets can break quickly without proper protection.

We also did not find safe headphones. We figured this could be done a lot better.

We have a background in making sustainable toys and as such we are convinced that children's products must be extra safe.

 

The safest materials for your child

We use EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) foam for our iPad covers and Headphones. EVA is super safe, it contains no harmful substances, it is super light and ultra-shock resistant.

 

Recyclable and easy to disinfect

Perhaps especially nowadays, an important advantage of EVA foam is that it is easy to disinfect with standard disinfectant or by washing it with soap. Another reason why we chose EVA material is because it is easy to recycle.

 

Safe 'n Sound, the most child-friendly and durable headphones

Besides the fact that EVA is practically unbreakable, we also equipped our Safe 'n Sound headphones with a very safe and textile-covered replaceable cable. The volume is limited to a safe 85dB. With the extra size reduction piece for the smallest children, the Safe n Sound fits perfectly for children up to about 12 years old. Or older, but that, of course, depends on the size of the child.
